Orders & Payment Terms

If you use our FBA prep, labeling, or bundling services, you must clearly specify your requirements before order processing. Errors due to incomplete or inaccurate instructions are the buyer’s responsibility. All prep services are final and non-refundable.

Product Availability & Substitution

All products are subject to availability. In the event of stock shortages, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order with prior notice. No backorders are guaranteed unless previously arranged.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are considered final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products, reported within 3 business days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Limitation of Liability

Brand N Buy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products. Our liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
